I agree with the soy milk! I use it on my porridge in the mornings - I find i don&#039;t even need to add fruit as it gives it enough flavour all on it&#039;s own. 

Ah yes the swap to dairy free ice cream can be a tad harder. I really like the mototo brand of icecream, especially the chocolate perhaps you could try that? The only down side is the price. 

I&#039;m actually thinking about trialling a home made icecream this weekend. I found a recipe on a raw food blog that looks super yummy. The ingredients are dairy and wheat free and also a lot healthier since they use agave nectar to sweeten it instead of refined sugar. Maybe you could think about giving that a go too!
